Hi,

I decided to do a homemade screen to install in front of the radiator.

I simply used a frame with window screen... costed about 20$ at home hardware and took about 1 hour to install .:D
I was not ready to spend 200$ for that.:pissed:
The look is good enough for me. If someboby esle want to do it and need more info, let me know

Can you do it in black? Chrome doesn't belong on a jeep :thefinger:

I've seen a couple home made versions of this, but this is the first screen with frame I've seen. Looks good.

Looks great...simple and cheap...as long as it's not "over engineered", it won't require that you sell your blond blue eyed daughters to the Saudis to buy one. Great job.

I just put single foam tape on both side to prevent the screen to move. It is only squeezed between the plastic front cover and the frame.

No problem on highway
