Planning lift, require spacers, and backspace limits..
So installed a 5x5.5 and my Cj7 8” steel and alu sets to check.
PitBulls were awesome...and motivational
17” cost more x2 w deeper offsets,
Question is ...any reason Not to use 15” wheels...?
I have had friends run 15"s wheels on JKs before. " Poor man's beadlock" . Gotta make sure backspace or spacers permit clearing tierod and calipers but it's doable.
I LOVED my old 16" wheels with 35" Cooper MTs years ago but tire selection was kinda lame.
Invalid poll. No bacon option. Come on J3ff. As a “Super Mod” you should have been on top of that already.
I’m of the opinion that 15s are dead, they just don’t know it yet. 17 are the new rim size to have due to most vehicles needing 17+ to clear their brakes, and bigger brakes are a good thing. That also means that 37s are the new 35s.
