I have a 2011 Wrangler , 3.8L. It has a misfire on cold starts. It lasts about 7 seconds then it clears. It runs fine after that. I believe the misfire is on 3 and 6. Plugs, Ignition wires, coil replaced. Compression, fuel pressure are good. Does anyone have some advice?

Welcome to the Forum!
What codes are you seeing?
Did you use all MOPAR OEM PARTS? If yes, then try running some Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner through it.

My Cadillac escalade had the same symptoms as yours. It was caused by a vacuum leak. It was my intake manifold gaskets. When the engine was cold, the gasket had shrunk enough, which caused the vacuum leak. As soon as it somewhat warmed up it ran fine. My Dealer changed the gaskets and solved the problem.
