This is my wife’s Jeep. I’ve never had a jeep before, and I am having all kinds of overheating issues with it. I have done the small basic like a new radiator. Tap in the radiator hose thermostat new coolant sensor. and it’s still runs about 228° when I’m at 70 miles an hour. It’ll run cooler than that down in the lower 20s at 60 but when I’m on the interstate at 70 mph it gets into the upper 220s and touches 230. As you believe this is a little hot from where it should be. Can anybody give me some ideas? What I need to do to fix this problem?

Welcome to the Forum!
So, let's start out with the Basics: The engine cooling temps that you are seeing, is really not overheating, but it is running on the high side of the normal. My 2013 never hits 220°, and I am in hot as hell Phoenix.
1. You have replaced several engine cooling parts. Are they all MOPAR OEM? Such as 17lb. radiator cap?
2. Are you using MOPAR OAT 50/50 Antifreeze?
3. Is your engine cooling fan working?
4. Do you have any blockage of CFM airflow to your radiator, such as (grill inserts, winch, bar with lights on it)?
5. Do you still have your air dam installed?
6. How about added weight, heavy bumpers, skids, winch?
7. If you installed larger tires, did you re-gear?
8. Last, but not least, when you changed your engine cooling parts, did you vacuum fill your radiator? This is very important, because these wrangler Jk's, are very difficult to bleed off the air.
9. Did you shoot the thermostat housing with an infra-red heat gun, to confirm the temps that you are seeing?
Somewhere in the above, is the answer to your wrangler high normal temps.
