Roof Drip fix

Roof Drip Fix:

This will stop that PIA drip you get on your dash by the AC vent that drips down to the floor when you open the front doors of your JK when or after it rains!
1) Remove T tops
2) Drill a 1/8 hole on a angle by the lug to the rear of the T top in the rain channel. Drill it from the top side down.

This is the angle you will need to drill.

This is where the bit will come out.

3) Clean the area and hit with paint on both sides so the white color will not show.

I did this in 08.11 and it works great!
I took the photos after I was done..

This really works? If it's pooling up there, how does opening the door make it drip? The weight of the driver makes it run down the front?

I mean mine just leaks inside when it wants to around both upper door seals at the A pillar anyways.

Thumbs up

Water pools in that groove in the freedom panel, so his plan is to put a drain hole in it, no more pooling. Assuming you have enough of the rake out of your stance, should work great. Or at least drip a whole lot less water.
