Engine Change, Emissions for California and other states

We have been helping with Emissions Testing for 20 Years and doing about 2 Jeeps a month.

We have been working on a Computer for the HEMI Jeep JK that will pass emissions in any State, all of the monitors work has they should.

This is a Jeep we got to pass emissions in California, the Jeep came from Texas. So it needed to be registered here.

The Jeep need to have over 80,000 miles or over 8 years old to get emissions tested in California. The Jeep need to be out of Federal Emissions Warranty to be tested. Also the engine needed to be same year or newer and all from a light duty Vehicle.

We can get anything to pass you just need to follow the guidelines and we will talk about this more and more.

We have found 3.8L engine to be one of the worst engines in a Jeep and they are failling bad!

So we are going to talk about passing emissions.

We have done a 5.7L/545RFE CG engine, got it to pass California emissions.

We have done a 5.7L/545RFE Truck Hemi (non VVT), got it to Pass California emissions.

We have done a 5.7L/545RFE VVT Truck Hemi, got it to pass California emissions.

We have done a 5.7L/545RFE VVT GC HEMI engine, Got it to pass California emissions

We have also done a 5.3L/6L80 2009 DOD Chevrolet LS in a Jeep JK, we are going threw the testing right now and we will talk about that also.

Here is the 2007 Jeep JK with a 5.7L/545RFE trans, GC HEMI we got to PASS.

This is a electric fan engine that we added a fan switch in the radiator.

LS/HEMI in a JK

We just want to spread the word on emissions testing, for a engine swap.

This Jeep is a 2008 JKU with over 80,000 miles and has a 5.7L Truck HEMI/545RFE trans. That is running are new computer, that has all of the engine Monitors working as they should.

The Jeep is running the stock cats from the truck, that the engine came from.

Also it is running a CARB legal air intake for the Truck HEMI. It also has working EGR and evap.

Are computer has pass inspection in Utah, Texas, California, Nevada, New York.

This is a manual fan engine running the stock radiator and has no overheating problems, this engine was installed 3 years ago and is a heavy Jeep 6200 pounds.
