Poly Performance Grab Handles

Many thanks to Marcus!! You rock, my friend. My rear Safari Straps grab handles were getting pretty tore-up from my kids, so I decided to go indestructible. These are very stout and the location is awesome. That said, I do believe my boy can, and possibly will, destroy anything.

Plastic and padding removed.

1st connection and styrofoam trimmed.

2nd connection.

Trimming the plastic Need to clean it up a bit..

Putting everything back together.

I started on the rears, but ran out of time. I'll finish them up tomorrow and post up some pics.

A few shots of the rear grab handles:

The rear handles attach to the very top bolt on the seat belt connection and the two bolts that hold the sound bar to the roll bar.

Nice, that front handle on my cage is so much better than any velcro handle I've messed with. That location is the best!

Agreed!! I never really used my other grab handles cause of where they were located ...bad angle to assist, so I got used to grabbing the steering wheel ...so, in getting used to the Poly handles ...I've just about knocked myself silly(er) smacking my head on em. LOL!!!!

curious how well the front grab handles work with the soft top or hard top attached. i had thought i'd read something previously about a problem when used with one of the tops...but can't recall which one was the problem.

they don't interfere with any top ive ever had. dont see how it could with the way any of the soft tops are made. it wouldn't even get in the way of the stock soft top frame.

Those grab handles are one of my favorite things that i've done to my jeep.

I think this thing is finally coming together. Still Needed: drive shafts, frame mount rails...then done son! For a while...
