12Voltguy winch controls - Write up

What up Guys, From the Directions that are provided, it took me a while but i figured it out, but in the process i blew a LED when i switched on the WINCH toggle switch (I dont know how) but everything is working correctly.

First Step it to undress you control Pack...

While using the Warn winch control, pushing the IN/OUT buttons and using the Test light i concluded that the white and green wires is where you will tap into. The red wire is the constant positive so AVOID this one at all cost, the black wire is the motor ground (not needed).

The ones you want are the following wires, what i did was splice and solder in an additional wire lead in the following.
white = IN
green = Out
dark brown = ground - ring terminal, you will notice that the solenoid ground(s) are daisy chained

After the splicing, soldering and shrink tubing you end up with this,

The Final Wiring setup. REPEAT: you will notice that the solenoid ground(s) are daisy chained

Nice! I was wanting to wire up a dash switch for my Warn xd9000i and this will help a lot. I'm sure the wiring will be pretty much the same so this will make it much easier.
