We just finished a Hemi 5.7L swap on a 2007 JK using the Jeep Speed Shop kit and now we are working on a 5.7 swap in a 2014 Jeep JK using the AEV kit.
The AEV kit is nice because it lists out every part that you will need so there is not a bunch of searching for the correct pieces. The instructions however can be confusing or unclear from the pictures. Here is a link to the instructions http://www.aev-conversions.com/ishee...Guide_12up.pdf
We ordered all of the conversion parts from AEV and this is how they arrived.
Next we inventoried everything. I highly suggest you organize the parts out neatly as there a lot of them and it will get confusing if you do not.
Next was to disassemble the JK and remove the body. This makes it a lot easier to access all of the parts.
Here you can see the Genesis Dual battery setup. This will work with the stock motor and the hemi 5.7 and 6.4L
