backup fan for mudding

Got a clutch from a TJ and an 18" fan and bolted the fan to the clutch.
I could have gone the Spal way and I still might... I want to see more mud testing with the spal though. I figure if my stock fan dies again I might get a Spal and still keep this as backup. This will get you home and allow you to keep mudding without worrying about the fan. I heard you may get an engine code but thats no biggy for me as this isnt a permenant set up. I did test this out at 60mph for 10 min. with NO codes though, and no overheating. I dont keep this mounted on the pully, will throw it on only if my fan dies.

Stock setup

clutch fan

Storage location (under passanger seat).... jsut dont forget you breaker bar!!!

oh, and if you have this setup make sure you extend your breathers!
