Freedom Panel Clamp Revision 2007 JK's

I just picked up a used 07 Unlimited Rubicon with a January 10th, 2007 build date.

The previous owner did not do anything besides regular maintenance and the 2 Recall's.

I am in the process of trying to get all the TSB-related issues dealt with including the leaky hard tops in the 07's.

I know the TSB says that there was a new freedom panel clamp design as of December 2007 but I do not know if I have the updated one. The dealer is no help.

Can anyone help me out by posting up a photo of their freedom panel clamp? Does not matter which year. I am trying to determine if they tried to rip me off by saying they did the TSB and doing nothing.

Here is a quote from TSB 23-025-08, I am talking about the 2 clamps along the header. I added photos, are the current the same.

DIAGNOSIS:
1. Determine the vehicle build date. Vehicles equipped with a Freedom Modular Hard Top and built on or before December 17, 2007 (MDH1217XX) will require the windshield header latch on each panel be replaced with the latest level latch.

UPDATE:

Ok, for the record I purchsed the revised freedom panel latch. They are padded more and provide better clamping force on the leading edge.

Any JK owner with a build date before December 2008 will want to check their hardtop to see if they have the new ones. This may help with wind noise or leak issues and may be warrenty covered.
