new here.. question about tire fitment

i have a 2012 jku i currently have a 4" zone lift on it with a set of 295/65r/18 terra grapplers but i was concidering putting a set of 37" tires on it.. i love the nitto terra grapplers becouse i use it everyday to drive 60 miles to work and their quite, and comfortable plus i like they way they look.. but nitto dont make terra s in 37" but they do make them in a 355/65r/18 which measures 36.69" tall and 14.02" wide..does anybody know if i can just swap the tires without any clearance issues? i wouldnt mind putting a 1" body lift if i had to if that would help.just not sure about the width.. to me 14" wide seem pretty wide.. would i have to put wheel spacers on it?.. any help would be appriated as i am new to the jeep world.. thanks

I would not. You would need 10.5-12" wide wheel to properly do that.

BFG AT
Falken wildpeak
and some others make aggressive all terrains

Are you using the stock wheels?

You can get them in 37x12.5r17 as well.

Wheel offset or Backspacing & Wheel width?
Wheel spacers No - Yes&how much ?
Its pretty useless to discuss tire fitment without that info
