clearance question...

what is the general consensus about the clearance to the rear UCA to the tire?

I've got 305s mounted on mobs. I've got about a little finger worth of clearance between the UCA and the tire. should I worry?

(Background)

I've been running with spacers, so I haven't had an issue so far. but I'm being moved to germany, so I have to get the whole tire under the flare. I took the spacer off, and now I'm asking questions...

Consider that the axle also moves sideways while moving up and down so will a little fingers worth of clearance be enough for the axle side to side movement?
