Tire Mount And Balance Question

I have Mickey Thompson Sidebiter wheels and Goodyear Duratrac tires. A buddy of mine said he would go mount the tires for me while I was out of town and would have them done before I get back (today). Well, naturally, he ran into a problem. He says the lip of the wheel is "too big" and can't put the weight on there. No big deal. I really don't wanna take it somewhere because they charge out the ass since I didn't buy the wheels or tires from them . So, my question is, how can I put the weights on the sidebiter?? Looking up pictures on Google show that none of them have weights. Idk anything about mounting tires and all that. Here is a link to them:

Thanks

Right on. I'll be going there today. Any specific kind I should get or just a generic one would do.
