Whats the Difference?

OK I'm seriously confused! lol!

i know that 315/ 70 R17 tires are roughly about 34in but why would they be sooooooo much less money compared to just going with the ones that say 35in and are about the same width that run for 50+ more $?

and why are they written in inches instead of metric?

And everything else is stock. For now.

315/70/17 = 34.36 x 12.40 x 17

Most of the time these tires are less expensive because of the load rating / ply of the tire. Other times, the 315s are more expensive than the standard version. The MTRs are a good example. The 35/1250/17 is a C load range and the 315/70/17 is an E load range.

Either way they will work on your rig fine. They are still the same/better LR than stock.
