Replacements For My Stock Tires

I have a 2016 Willys Wheeler JKU. By fall I will need new tires. Although the stock tires seem OK are there better options in the stock size? Jeep is basically used for hunting and fishing, not hard core wheeling.

Agreed but it would be similar to comparing the Maxxis Creepy Crawler to the Maxxis Trepador Comp bias ; they're both great but the newer model is leaps & bounds beyond the older standard . I've put lotsa mileage on both KOs & KO2s & while the family resemblance is there, the changes BFG introduced In the ko2 make it futile unless you're seeking it for nostalgia or realism for retro build, maybe.

The ko2 is the best all around AT / off-road tire available.

Sounds like the KO2 is the favorite with this group. It is one of the tires I was considering along with the Goodyear Duratrac. I ran Falken Wildpeak AT3W on my pick up and they held up fairly well and worked fine in the Minnesota winters. They don't seem to get much love.

Sorry getting old Brain Lapse, I was thinking yall said the KM2's which I run on my truck and love that is why I offered up the AT which I thing for an on road mainly vehicle the KO is a better choice then the KM. I had put the TA's on my 2010 Rubicon over MTs, since it spent more time on the road then on trails.

There are many solid options when upgrading your tires depending on your needs. Keep in mind all tires are a product of compromise. There is not one tire that is the best in every category. We would be happy to help you choose your next tire based on your needs. Your driving style, terrain and what you expect out of your next set of tires all play a part in what is best for you.

Here is a link to all of the tires available at Discount Tire Direct for you to review:
