your tires aren't currently much different than stock. They're a half a inch taller and 1.2 inches wider (which will make more of a difference).
So yes its very likely you don't have a lift.
you can check it out here yourself to see how different sizes compare.
Most people say you shouldn't run much larger than what you are currently on stock setup.
you could probably get away with a wider tire but not sure how much taller you could go. Without a lift, you really don't need anything bigger than what you're running now. Technically you could get away with alot taller but you'd have very limited travel which negates the point of having bigger tires.
also keep in mind that what the tire is supposed to measure to and what it actually does once mounted and aired up, are two different things.
my duratrac is supposed to be 34.4 but measures almost exactly 34 inches.
Theres this guy on youtube thats fit 37s on his "stock" JKU. doesn't mean you should or is practical.
Notice the insane lack of room between the front fender and the tire? Yea he has the ground clearance of a 37inch tire but has basically 0 suspension travel.
Keep in mind he did this just to see if he could. He got a lift very quickly afterwards and always planned on a lift from the beginning.
