2012 JKUR Wheel and Tire question

I am new to this and considering the following upgrade:

I have a 2012 JKUR, 4.10 Gears, with the MOPAR 2" lift. I do not plan on increasing the lift. The rear pinch seam and rock rails have been trimmed for more tire space. I plan on cutting the fenders flat (like the look) and if that doesn't work out I'll do flat fenders. Usage is about 60% dd / 40% trails.

I'm considering the following wheel/tire combo and would like opinions:

Wheels: KMC XD Strike Matte Black Wheel (17x9"/5x127mm, -24mm offset)
Tires: BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 35 /12.50R17

With 4" Backspacing, how far will these wheels stick out? I'd like a little bit wider stance, but I don't want to go overboard either. Anybody running this backspacing, 9" wheels and 12.5" tires, could you post some pics of the stance?

I want to avoid re-gearing. Usage includes AZ desert with fairly frequent trips to Northern AZ mountains. With 35" tires, (I believe the actual for BFGs is 34.5") will it feel under powered with 4.10 gears?

Should I be concerned about rubbing during articulation or will I loose turning radius?
