They have a few model options for the wrangler, and the wheels sticking out will depend on off set and the size of tire you can run on a wheel is not determined by the wheel but other limiting factors such as lift and clearance.
New to jeeps? In 2009, you said you had a 2007, then you had a newer one with 35's on a 3" lift that you mainly used on dirt roads in California to drive up north. Now you want DOT beadlocks for 33's and express interest in the shittiest looking, weakest rock rail on the planet.
Ya, I am being a dick, but the OP is not being honest. Show me some pics of your jeeps, I doubt you can.
Hutchies, Duratrac 315/70, no lift.
I'd start rippin' the rear fenders off before I could clear a 1.5-2' berm. I'm sure the fronts would go too, if I pushed the issue. Tire tread sticks out 1.5-2".
Jeep now wears PS fenders. Same berm will have the tires rubbin' somewhere.
Still waitin' to install 3.5" lift.
I think you might get away with a 2" lift or trimming your fenders.
