Opinions

Hi...I’m in the market and I’ve been doing my research but always could use more info. I’m looking around the $20-$27k range and I found a 2008 Rubicon for $21k w 57,xxx miles on it. I know that’s the older engine. Would I be better off with a newer Sahara/Moab w equivalent miles? I won’t really be doing much off road stuff but you never know.
Thanks in advance.

check car gurus. Having owned a 2010 , 2014 and now a 2017 Rubicon I would say look for a 2012 or newer because of the motor and if you take a road trip you set better in the 2012+ seating on the road.

That sounds pretty high for an 08. Sounds like you dont need the rubicon either so go much newer Sahara.

Have seen 2016's going for around 25k in my area.

2012+ non-rubicon if youíre not wheeling much. Itís just a better interior feel and significantly better engine.

P.S. I vote 6-speed manual regardless
