New Guy

Hi I am a current JK Owner for the past 7 years, I have a 2009 Jeep that’s getting painted at the moment, paint is on but I just got to put it together...good to be here.

More pics will follow after when it’s finished.

welcome to JKOwners!
take pix of your paintjob. We like photos around here; I suggest you
use an online photo storage service such as Imgur or Flickr to paste URLs to images you've uploaded somewhere that isn't your forum account. You will be happier that way.

My Jeep is almost finished, everything is on but now working in the front fenders to line them up with the holes, POR-15 the frame so it will be protected from rust & it looks brand new, cleared the inner fender liners and added a red touch behind the JCR logos.

Soon it will be reveal time...

The tail lights are in & they weren’t that hard to line up with the body, sure I had to bend the tabs a little but they fit like a glove nicely & are sealed tight against the body, here are a few more pics...

All I have left to do is install the adjustable Teraflex rear lower control arms & move the axle back (fronts are already on), paint the circles on the rims black, change the interior to leather with red leather inserts on the seat & red double stitching, lastly put on the badges & new tires & center caps...then get it ready to ship to Greece so that way I will have a nice trail & beach vehicle.

New Guy

Rear Teraflex lower adjustable control arms are on & the difference between the stock arms are huge, new tires are on, quick disconnects links are on!

I just need a tie rod bar & a wheel alignment then finished with the suspension parts, tomorrow the Jeep goes to the interior shop for some new skins on the seats!

Seats & center console are done in leather with double stitching & are now installed in the Jeep, now I just have to pick up the head rests with my logo on Friday because they didn’t have time today to finish them up.
I also finished with all of the badges on the upper part on the Jeep.

I just installed the plate relocation bracket to me spare tire...it really cleans up the rear of the Jeep...

The block off plate is a nice polished piece with a beer opener for the beach days in Greece...awesome!!!

They are the factory seats, done in leather with the same design

yep. they are fine seats from factory ; they become nice seats when that design is also wrapped in leather & someone has added a graphic symbol embroidered onto them that signifies something meaningful to them, to personlize them .

The seat would further raised to the level of great seats if they were shaped like Marilyn Monroe's front side & some mechanism fed you grapes & whispered softly in your ear how amazing you drive or look in them, but I did not say they were great seats.
