I was a frequent poster here a few years ago. I had a fairly built 2009 JKUX. Honestly, it was well built. Right down to the shock mounts raised, coil perches cut and moved back on top, Rock Krawler Max 2.5", 4.88s with 35s, etc. etc. I moved to MI and was not driving it much because everywhere I went was far and the JK got 13 mpg. Sold it.
Well, like most former Wrangler owners, it did not take long to realize the Jeep is simply the best all-around. Well, I'm back with a 2017 Rubi in black with leather and a hard top....bone stock. I'd say I'm going to get started building it but with a military retirement looming in early '19, I think I'll wait to see where I end up and how much I'm making in my next career. Still, glad to be back. I'm sure I'll soon recognize some of the old usernames.
