New 1st Time Wrangler Unlimited Owner

HEY HEY HEY!!!

Dropping in to say hello!!!

I have recently purchased a 2014 Jeep JK WU Sport. Black w/Black Interior Already started out the mod list - replacing all lights with LED & HIDS!

Looking for some threads and ideas on cheap mods that everyone does to start out with the base model!

Also turned off that pesky seatbelt chime!!!

Semper Fi, Gunny,
I'm just getting into the Jeep cult and need some advice about the drill...
First off, some FYI
I can turn a wrench, built a couple motors (351 Cleveland, 350 small block, and...yikes, a VW air
cooled)
I know Iwant an unlimited, preferably automatic.

Questions:
1. Is buying one on this blog a smart move?
2. what are considered good mods and not so good mods?
3. Things to avoid?
4. Any other things you can think of.

Thanks Gunny, Semper Fi

The answers to all of your questions depend on what you'd like to be doing with your rig once you have it. Are you going to be doing hardcore crawling? Overlanding? Weekend warrior trips? Will it be a daily driver?

It all depends on your style and how you like to drive. If you can answer some of those questions, we can help you get started in the right direction.

Hope this helps!
