Hi from Indiana

Hey Everybody,

Thought we would give everybody a quick hi and look forward to cruising this site for info on our new Jeep.

Just traded in our Grand Cherokee for a 2010 4 dr Sport. We have been Jeepers for quite awhile. The wife drives a lifted 60th Anniversary Cherokee and we have a trail worthy 97 TJ sitting in the garage next to the new 4 dr.

Makes me smile every time I step out there.....

Don't know how close you are but this might interest you. I used to live there as a kid and we had a lot of fun in this area. I think they still run the motorcycle Black Coal National Enduro there.

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for the welcome. You guys have some really nice Jeeps! Our TJ is built pretty well. Almost to the point of not driving it on the road too much anymore. We weren't going to do much to the new JK, but after seeing all the nice rides it is going to be hard not to modify it.....lol

We go to the Badlands a couple times a year, but have not heard of this place. Will have to check it out.

Thanks again

Welcome to JK Owners. You found the right place.

Now that the niceties are out of the way. I gotta give you a little ribbing about you username, JeepNuts. Are those like truck nuts only on a Jeep?

Nope, not like truck nuts.....lol

We got a group of jeepers here and started a little club. We call ourselves the High Five Jeep Nuts. When we first got started, we would high five all the time....lol and we are kind of nutty, so one of the ladys came up with high five jeep nuts, no one else had anything better, so it stuck.

We aren't too carzy, just a bunch of middle aged Jeep lovers that like to do a little offroading, a little modding, and a lot of eating out....lol

We probably won't go to the Jamboree. It is too close to home for what they are going to charge. Jamborees are a lot of fun. We just don't see how they are going to pull one off down there and to be honest, we can drive down and spend $30 and go on the same trails?? If you haven't been down there, or on a Jamboree, you definitely should go. It is a good place to go 4 wheeling.
