I need diamond plate

Im working on a project and need some diamond plate. Anybody know a cheap source? Tractor supply has 24" x 24" pieces for like 50 bucks. I was thinking about seeing if I could find a truck toolbox on craigslist, Ideally one that is broken somehow so it would be even cheaper/free. But a bit tool box on there is about 75-100 bucks so I could just cut that up. Just wondering if anybody has one they want to get rid of or knows somewhere that sells this stuff for a good price.

Find a fab shop and try to buy a piece of scrap from them. If someone asked me for a scrap piece, i would let them have it for free.

Lowes or Home Depot, near the plexiglass section. I built my front skid for $19 bucks with aluminum diamond plate I got from there, but they also have steel.

Hey man, google or bing a metal or aluminum shop in your area. I know down here in Tampa, we have them all over and they sell sheets of dp for cheap. They'll even make you anything you want for next to nothing.
