My Clutch

Ok gang
Chrysler is replacing everything in the clutch (flywheel, pressure plate, throwout bearing, clutch lining), the slave cylinder, master cylinder gasket, and the T-case shifter cable and bushing all under warranty. The only catch is that they say my crossmember is so mangled they can't put it back on (they have taken it on and off 4+ time in last year) but it is mangled pretty badly. Here is the rub, they want $650 for the crossmember!!! (normal price is $950) I have seen that OR-FAB and POISON SPYDER have HD crossmembers for anywhere from $200-$400. Am i looking at the right aftermarket price as this seems awefully inexpensive.
So what do i look for when buying one, does anyone have any suggestions, does anyone have one laying around, and does anyone know of a shop locally that would have one in stock?

As usual thanks for the input and feedback gang.

Hey Mike, do they sell to the public there? I think I'm going to go with an Or-Fab front bumper, that would be awesome if I can pick it up and skip any shipping. I have been meaning to call them.

Great to hear Terri that the stealership is picking it up. I defenitly think you can get one cheaper than what they want.

Definitely call them, they have a sales guy who drives around Phoenix who can just bring you one. I believe his name is Eric. Which bumper are you looking at?

Cameron, either the 83223 which is the one you have I believe, or the 83224 if you can top mount the winch, I'd like to keep my fogs if possible, they work pretty well IMO. I like that you don't have to hack the crash bar completely off and actually use it to reinforce an already stout bumper, plus, it looks good! Your Avatar has been selling me on one for a while.

Yep, I love mine. Let me know if you want to check it out in person before you pick one up.
