Vendor check for ring & pinion install

I'm looking for a reliable place in Phoenix who knows how to install gears properly. Any knowledge or complaints about Desert Rat Truck Center in Phoenix? 4wheel parts is way more expensive...like $1700 for front and rear for a 2012 Jeep JK 2dr. Same job at Desert Rat for $999 until end of month using Motive 4.56 gears to run with 35" tires (manual tranny). Thanks for sharing your experiences.

The only shop I go to is Absolute Offroad. Jason does a great job and I have had no issues with any of my gear sets they have done for me.

I personally would stay away from chain shops like Desert Rat and 4WP.

I have also heard great things about Andrew, as well as the guys over at Cutting Edge 4x4.
