Spokane

Just moved up here to spokane. Anyone out in the area? Drove up to take a look at the Orv area at riverside state park, looked like some fun times will be had there.

The rubicon is a 29 km. river in northern Italy. "Crossing the rubicon" is a popular idiom meaning to pass a point of no return. Originating from Ceasaer's 49 BC crossing of the river, which was considered an act of war

I'm in the Ephata area, little north of Moses Lake. Lots of fun to be had in a day from Spokane. Where did you move up from?

There's a couple... Not a lot. Most are on the wet side of the state, there are a couple floating around the Cd'A area too.
