Few Trails I found, anybody been there?

I found a few trails close to me (omaha, NE) but I haven't been there and one requires a yearly membership fee before you can take any trails. So my question is has anybody been to Timber Ridge Ranch Castana Iowa . Or Make it or break it, also in iowa? Their website doesn't have any traffic from what it looks like and very little info regarding the park, so i'm not sure if there is camping or any fees. If anyone has been to either of these or knows of any others around eastern Nebraska (besides tuttle creek) any feed back would be appreciated.

I helped cut trails down at make it or break it (miobi) there is something for everyone, but minor to major body damage is possible. Timber ridge has a public run put on by central Iowa 4wheelers, but I haven't been there myself. Miobi has open weekends Labor Day, Memorial Day, and a toys for tots run in the fall.
