Anyone know anything about the area? Any wheeling near by? I'm interviewing wed. for a job out there. Would like to know what I am getting into, thanks.

Badlands is within a few hours in Attica Indiana. Interlake is a few hours south, cliffs is a few hours northeast. There's plenty within a short drive.

Haspin Acres is a couple of hours south (near Laurel, IN). A few hours more will put you at Redbird SRA, south of Terre Haute.

Once you get in with the locals, weekend fun can be found in a nearby farmers field, or woods. Don't expect to find anything in the way of rocks though, around those parts mud rules the day.

There used to be some interesting trails along the river in nearby Ridgeville, IN. I do not know if they are still accessible though.

There are a few clubs, mostly in the central and southern part of the state. I used to run with most of these guys back in the day. Here is a listing. It may be a little old.

As for the area, it's definitely a farming community. Expect to see lots of corn.

Now back to a 2013 JKU Rubicon with "stuff", planning 37's with minimal lift.

I've tried them all... Jeeps are still the best. (0||||0)

Beware

Yes, but there's just something about him. Something around the eyes, I don't know, reminds me of... me. No. I'm sure of it, I hate him.

Unfortunately Winchester is simply on the wrong side of the state... Right between the good stuff in Indiana and the good stuff in Ohio. However, everything is within easy drive thanks to our wonderful highway system, so if you do see anything of interest you're never too far away!

Good luck at the interview!
