Great Service

There are so many threads about where not to go and bad service I thought I'd share my great service experience. We met "Get Over It" ring & pinion at Jeeptoberfest and got with them to re gear Tanner's front and rear axles to 4.88. Dropped off everything on Tuesday and there were ready to go Thursday. Service was great, quick turn around. Doug is a one man shop out in Leesburg. I won't say how much I paid because I provided my gears and master install kit, Tod had already ordered it but we found we could have got better gears thru him cheaper. He was about $300 cheaper than the guy in Groveland and he even warrantied his work.

PM me if you'd like his contact info, I don't know rules about posting it here.

Now I'm not sure now if I should be going to Miami (Roco), or Orlando for my gears when I get them in 32.6 years.

oh I forgot to ask, does the JK still have stock gears? sounds like the Tanner's jeep is going to be badass....and we saw a girl for him today on the trails here in NC , she was 13 and driving a nice lifted TJ with swampers on it, she drove the hell out of it too, just as good as us guys on some very challenging slippery rocky and muddy trails....her grandpa was with her, he was telling me she also drove 135 miles of trails up in WV when she was 12, pretty cool.

Talking

Tanner's jeep is going to be the ****, but see now I have a problem Tanner told Tod he can't break it so Tod took me all over heck the past few days looking at jeeps and picking up parts for him. He thinks we need to be a 3 jeep family. We picked up a set of 35x15.5x15 baja claws on 15x12 rims for $500 they'll last about a year since the schools only 6 miles from home. The pics don't do the jeep justice it looks tuff with those blown out tires.

The JK has stock gears for now but we are changing out soon, I am told. But don't feel sorry for her, hopefully my bumper will be done soon. Tod got with Roundstar and they are doing all custom bumpers & rockrails/steps. And yes, I am hemorrhaging money. I just closed a huge contract and SAVE isn't in Tod's vocabulary. In fact he told me I needed another big one so he could build his jeep.

As far as the girl goes that's right up his alley. All he's got on the brain poonanny and jeeps and they both lead to a loss of money!!
