AEV Corners Installed (Pics)

Got them installed and thought I would share. I like them. These are the only corners that you dont have to cut the body out. The only down side is the factory tail lights. I really wanted LED's and once PS get their corners out I will swap to them. This install was to cover some recent Hardrock damage. As far as the install it went well. Its hard to drill 16 holes into the cheesy very thin body panels and have them look good. Instead of using a drill bit you would be better off to use a stepper bit. Still Im pleased with the result.

Im not sure what the plug looks like but whats left in the plate is a round center hold about nickle size or bigger and one on each side of that is dime size or smaller. So it very well may.

Nice Rooster... Man, I wish I lived near you so I could come steal your Spyerlocks!

And to answer the question about the lic plate holes... Their site shows NO holes in the corner, but they would not sell them that way. At least that what they told me several months ago when I asked. As Rooster said, there is a 1" hole and then two smaller holes on each side that are like 3/8-1/2" maybe. I actually got some nylon plugs from Home Depot and snapped them in. Worked great and doesnt look too bad...
