Sheep Wallow Road Area

After almost four years of dirt roads and web wheeling Sam and I finally broke in the Jeep and ourselves. Big thanks to Dane (913) and Jeff who took us along for a little offroad 101. They each spotted us at times and explained upcoming obstacles so we felt at ease for the most part.

Yeah so "an easy trail" for our first time out.

It was at this point I recited something I once read from Dave about being the trail boss and you won't be dusty.

Entrance to the trail (Dane will have to explain this one lol) boosted our confidence greatly.

Out comes Jeff's winch as Sam watches and learns.

The JK ran out of gas while the line was being pulled so it had to be winched level before it would restart. All better and ready to proceed:

This pretty much sums it up on the way in

but on the way out a little more confidence and a lot of appreciation for what all you experienced wheelers do every day.

lol, wouldn't take much to show me up. You are welcome to come when we plan another ride and Jeff can winch you out.

Check the SE section for our M&G thread. Will update when we get back from Jeep Beach.
