2010 NJJA Crawl for the Cure @ Rausch Creek

Here's some of the video of me tailgunning our blue/black group from this year's crawl. Nothing too crazy but a fun day.

If you've never been to RC this will give you an idea of the different terrain & trails.

If you have been to RC hopefully this is a nice little escape if your stuck in your cubicle or home doing chores.

lol.

yeah - its the go pro hd. overall I like it. two things I think it should have are a wireless remote option and a light on the back to let you know its recording.

How deep was the water that day in Winch Hill? I haven't gone in there yet. No snorkle yet, and the last time I was there I saw a built sammy in up to his windshield.

I was out with Blue 1, which actually spent the day on mostly blacks and a few reds. Actually had a guy in a YJ flop on either either Snakebite or Tombstone, I don't know the trails that well. Fortunately, he was full caged, had the top and doors off, and went over slow and soft. Just put a scratch in his (brand new) cage. Here's a pic of him on his side:

Later in the day the same guy made it up Shoot the Moon at the quarry. I didn't give that one a try. But I did Yellow do Jacket for the first time. Not bad, I think, for 2.5" BB on 35's. Here's a vid:

Rausch is definitely a cool place to wheel. I just wish it was closer so I could go more often than once a month.

nice video/pic.

sounds like you guys had all the excitement.

as for the bottom of winch hill - I think you'd be fine (at least until more rain) running the direction I did with your setup (lift/35s/no snorkel). Coming the other way I'd just watch because your airbox might get a little thirsty where it dips down on that side. definitely more water in there then when I was up there last.
