Moab

Ok, so I've never been to Moab before and decided to bring the JK this weekend. The pics are all of Fins n Things for the following reasons:
A. The group I went down with were hikers and bikers.
B. It rained all but one day - so I took my kids and others on mini Jeep trips.
C. I was solo and didn't want to get into trouble without a good spotter. Fact is, I never saw another rig on the trail the entire time. Enough excuses here's some pics. BTW I'm thinking spring return?

Totally raining and dark start on Fins - slickrock has a whole new meaning.

Jake my 1st time wheeling passenger felt like he was standing on the firewall.

Always disconcerting to hear the junk all fall against the back gate.

I was amazed at what it could climb - these pitbulls are awesome.

Cool pics, i think the wet conditions make them cooler.

On to the grill. The first time i saw that grill, it wasnt on a jeep. I thought to myself, "What kind of dumb ass would put this crap on their jeep?" I think i also posted on here that i flushed something that looked better than that grill. To be honest though, i kinda like it. It certainly looks better on the jeep. Hell, it looks damn good, the rest of the jeep too.

Nice pics. Looks like a good mellow time; smart to go that route with no one around.

Nice JK as well.

I wish. That is just lift bracketry. How crowded is EJS? I wish I was with someone else on the trail, but liked the lack of crowds.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

We are planning on going back the week before EJS and then staying for the vendor shite and then heading back. I have a feeling we will actually make it out there before that tho.

I will shoot you a heads up in plenty of time before our next trip.

Sweet pics and sweet rig.....

Awesome pics. I'm really hoping to make a trek out there next year to Moab! You also have a better photographer than I had on my wheeling adventure down at Superlift.

Awesome pics, Jeep looks great. Every time I see pics of Moab I'm reminded of how badly I need to get out there.

I've been eyeing up the rockers for my next set of tires, so now I gotta ask...What size are those Pit Bulls? I know they're 37s, but what width and inner diameter? You have the radials or bias? And how much have you been able to test them out?

37x13.5x17 bias. I really want radials, because I drive 50miles round trip to work every day. That's a lot for a rig like this. Besides, I never air down to the 2lbs I could. I have tested them in everything but snow and they grab anything. They aren't the best for my number of highway miles. I am thinking of selling and getting radials, or just wearing these out and getting radials.
