Spare in the Trunk mounting options/pics please

I'm looking at options for the back of my 4 door JK. I thought about getting the ORV shelf system and having the spare on top/securing it to the shelf or coming up with some sort of bar to go across the back so I can still have some cargo room.

I know a lot of you like the spare on the back/spare tire carrier but I don't want to go that route.

End goal is a 37" tire in the back still having cargo room. Anyone have some photos of their setup?

I put two 2x1 steel bars across the back on my LJ. It holds a 40" creepy crawler with no issue. See this thread https://www.jkowners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=85402. Pics of mine in there as well.

I have jeeps. I do shit to them.

Thanks guys, I did read through that thread earlier, the only thing in my head I thing would be similar is this.

Except I'm thinking of flipping the tire around leaning towards the back to give a little more easy access storage area around the underside of the tire. Instead of a highlift possibly a bar that the tire can be secured to. I'm not too worried if the back window is blocked.
