20# co2 bottle and Tuffy Security Deck

I just finished making my own 20# co2 set up and had a hard time coming up with a good way to mount it. This is what I came up with! Thanks Travis for helping cutting out that hole with the plasma cutter.

What do you guys think? I will be painting it, adding a Powertank handle, and boot soon. I will update the thread with new pictures when I do so.

Thanks! Here is a link to those handle/protectors that normally come on the tanks. http://www.chicompany.net/index.php?...rd=tank+handle

Here is a link to the one that I ordered from Powertank. http://www.powertank.com/products/productID/47

It is the enclosure made by Tuffy. I will be adding a bunch of custom stuff to it to include a "cradle" for my tool box and a Artec quart crate for extra fluids.

Looks great... are you planning to put any rubber or plastic surround in the hole in the deck? with the bottle clamped down from the bottom, I suppose the bottle is not going to rattle around but wasn't sure.
