Outer shafts, knuckles, brakes.

Inner shafts are different spline count, so you will need new inners, joints, gears, and a locker. And you are probably better off with an arb and 35sp shafts, instead of factory. (there was an indication by the folks at Dynatrac that another locker option will be available soon, so that may be something to look into also).

So other than the shafts, thats it? So if I went and bought a 44 housing and wanted to swap my D30, all i would need are some 44 shafts? And gears obviously?

You would need shafts, ring and pinion, a carrier or locker, and a master install kit with bearings.
