Decided to keep it.

Phase 2 Complete. Bought a Tow Rig
Phase 3 on-hold. Buying a trail rig. Thinking a TJ or XJ

Honestly you might want to bring it to the west - most of us didn't get hard tops out here because of the constant sun and there is a demand for out here.

I get the feeling that i should keep it now... I have been told that the soft top in the desert sucks bad! I never would have guessed that.

It's miserable. I do the drive from LA to Las Vegas (3 hours of sheer desert) often and the soft top might as well not even be on the rig.

Keep the hard top but get those roof mats for it to keep the keep out.
