2007 JK Rubi Unlimited / low miles / lots of extras

SOLD!

Based on the fact that I'm a home builder in a severly depressed housing market.......I am considering selling my toy. I don't want to, but it seems like a prudent thing to do until the market improves.

The good.....

Factory Stuff
2007 Jeep JK Unlimited Rubicon
- hard loaded basically all options except Mygig

Aftermarket Stuff
- Shrockworks stubby front bumper
- Warn Powerplant
- Shrockworks rails
- Teraflex rear bumper w/ tire carrier
- (5) 35" BFG KM2's mounted on stock rims
- 1" MORE Body Lift
- 3" FT Ulimate Suspension lift
- Riddler diff covers (f & r)
- Tuffy Securty Cargo Drawer
- OR Fab rear tube doors
- Daystar dash top tray
- Fire extinguisher mounted to factory bar
- Daystar hood hinges

Misc stuff
- spare drive shafts
- spare front axle shafts
- extra set of freedom top panels
- extra hard top w/ the rear section removed to only cover front and back seats

The good and bad
- only 5k miles
- never had any issues that required a trip in to the dealer
- 4" dent in rear guarter panel below rear tail light (could easily be covered by a set of corner guards)
- factory flares have quite a few scratches (was going to add aftermarket flares, but never got around to it)

I'd sell it all for $25k...... or if I keep the Warn Powerplant, the OEM hard top, the Tuffy box, and the spare parts I'd sell it for $22.5k.

I have the title in hand and would be willing to deliver a reasonable distance for gas money with a sizable deposit.

Below are several pictures as the Jeep sits yesterday.

Notice the 35x12.5x17 BFG KM2's versus the 37" M/T's pictured above. You may also notice the Jeep is 2" lower. In these pictures the Jeep is sitting on stock springs w/ 1.25" spacers ilo of the 3" lift springs. If you purchase you will get the 3" springs, the stock springs, and the 1.25" spacers. I will swap the 3" springs back on if the buy wishes. My wife wanted to daily drive the Jeep, so I swapped my 37's for a buddies 35's and pulled the lift springs and put the stock springs back on with the spacers.

Another shot from yesterday.

This pictures shows the scratches in the flare I referenced in the original post as well as the tread depth on the 35's. The 35's have a total of 8-10k on them....say 75% tread left. Most of the flares show similar scratches. There are no scratches in any of the paint.

This picture shows the dent I referenced in the original post. I am no body guy, but I filled it with a little bondo, sanded a little, was going to prime it and cover it with corner guards, but never got around to it.

I did realize after my original post I did fail to mention one bit of damage on the Jeep. Before I had the bumper tire carrier combo I did have the spare tire kiss a rock ledge that did put a minor tweak in the tailgate. It is not real noticable unless the spair tire is open.

Current odometer reading.

Other little mods I forgot to mention........

-Factory fog lights modded to fit in 3" PVC caps on bumper.
-The 1" body lift allowed for the EVAP to be mounted on top of the crossmember ilo of below it which raises it up about 1.5-2".
-The Teraflex rear bumper tire carrier has a highlift jack mount welded on to it.
-Grab handles strapped to both bars for the front seat passengers.
-Small mirrors on outer most AC ducts to provide addition rearward visibility.
-Mirrors drilled for drainage.
-Quick disconnect to speed up hardtop removal

And YES I will trade down for your trade plus cash. Trade needs to be offroad related, perferably street legal, and perferably have either an automatic or a 4:1 t-case. Thanks.
