FS: Front 14 Bolt housing with Artec truss

This front axle housing was built by John Sumner. He did all the machine work to the housing to make it steer. I added the Artec Ford Dana 60 truss work myself. I had this axle under my rig but it has not seen one mile. Here is a run down.

14 Bolt housing built by the legend John Sumner. The center section has been shaved. The diff cover matches the shave as well. All that work has been done by John.

The inner C's are stock Chevy. King pins are installed. There is no gear set in the housing but everything is there to make it happen. The housing is 69.375" wide WMS-WMS. Most of the truss work has been final welded but still needs a few areas final welded. The link brackets are only tacked in place so you can easily fit this under your rig.

This is set up for the PSC dual ended ram. The brackets are final welded in place and will need that ram to work. The housing is drilled for an ARB air line. If you do not wish to run an ARB you can easily plug it.

This axle is ready for you to build to your specs. You can pretty much use any parts you want and build it the way you want it. If you are interested I'd be happy to build this axle however you prefer. You can put together a parts list and I will finish it out for you.

This axle has gone back to John to verify that it is straight after having welded the truss work and he gave it a big thumbs up.

This axle is located in Wichita, KS. You are more than welcome to swing by and pick it up. I can truck freight to your fork lift or we can stop it at a dock and you can pick it up there. If you need a freight quote please let me know your zip code and I will do all the work to get it to you.

Asking $2450.00 for the axle as is. Built prices will vary depending on your parts list. If you prefer to contact me to ask questions you can always call the shop at 316.337.5311 or email me at [email protected].

I accept all forms of payment. You can pay via credit card or PayPal. I also accept cash or check but will only ship after payment has cleared. My personal PayPal address is [email protected]

Pics from when I got it.

Pics in my build process.

Pics under my rig.

Current pics. Needs a fresh coat of paint. I tossed some paint at it to keep it from rusting.

You'd have to cut the front ram mount off to make it work with a stock JK suspension. More because of the steering than anything. This axle is set up for full hydraulic steering.
