I have the Rugged Ridge skid. I wonder how the Body Armor one mounts? The RR bolts to the cross member in the front and then it has 2 brackets that bolt it to the frame at the sway bar mounts. The only thing I see that I donít like on the Body armor is the front bolts are not recessed so you might damage or snap them off.

I got one similar to the Skidrow plate. I got mine local through Unlimited Offroad Centers though.

Fit is good. I was also very suprised how much cleaner the front end looks now. I didn't realize how ugly that plastic one was until I mounted this one.

Not bad at all. Remove the plastic thing, then unbolt the 2 sway bar mounts, slide the brackets about them and bolt them back. This is only on the Rubicon model, non Rubicon you can just loosen the mounts but this skid is kinda pointless for a non rubicon model since it wraps under to protect the motor.

Not sure the Skidrow plate actually protects the motor but I have never seen it in person.

Here is the RR under shot:

Unlimited Offroad made it. It's laser cut with their logo.

I don't have pics though. I'll see if I can get some.
