Unhappy Hemi JK Steering pump whine? Video inside

So I took a a video of what seems to be the steering pump whining. Mind you, the unit is a brand new one from the dealership. Could it be defective? Or it needs more bleeding? I used the mopar power steering fluid as per the dealership's tech manager's recommendation. He advised against using ATF+4 fluid. Here's the vid:

Sounds like air. If the pump were bad it wouldn't wine differently when wheel is turned.

LS in a JK

What pump did you use and did you use the old trans cooler for a power steering cooler.
It might be over heating.

I used pump with part number 5290778AA. Its an 07 WK SRT8 pump. And no i did not use the old tranny cooler as PS cooler. Its kinda cold outside and im only doing highway driving.
