rear winch bumper

OK so i searched for a while today and only found a few.... I am going with the EVO tire carrier so i ONLY need the bumper.

-RROR
-Red Rock Customs

These are the only two that i have seen that make just the bumper... anyone have one that can shed some light??? I like the Benchmark designs one but they dont just sell the bumper.... Red rock doesnt advertise their bumpers and RROR looks out of place back there!!!

Pictures are nice too, of the one you are talking about!

Why dont you use a Warn winch cradle? It attaches to you receiver hitch I believe? At least this way you will be able to SEE the winch cable when you wind it back on. Because I think those rear winch bumpers hide the winch out of sight inside the bumper.

Contact Olympic see if they would offer you their rear bumper minus the carrier. One less thing for them to do i guess. I checked their site and they only show a carrier option.

Btw, I think they changed the design. The blueprint is different than the pic.

Lets face it, the options blow! Only decent looking one is benchmark, and you'd be safer barebacking a thai tranny than dealing with that guy.

2010 JK Rubicon- meh 2dr sold
2012 JKU Rubicon- bored sold
2015 JKU Rubicon- 3rd times a charm?

This is difficult... Ok so you get a rear winch bumper.... Does the winch just pop in and your done? Or is there cutting, fabbing, welding involved?

If you are referring to Red Rock Fab, I believe they are no longer in business.

As for Benchmark, I wouldnt place an oil pan order with them much less a bumper based on some of the horror stories floating around (not to mention their BBB rating) Just my personal opinion.

And Olympic, there was a thread in Dirty Laundry which I can no longer find about a person complaining about the misleading images that company uses for their swing down carrier. The president of the company jumped on and sounded like a complete @$$ (<- major understatement actually). I wouldnt want to support a company like that but again personal preference.

HD Customs would be my choice but they are on a hyatious right now so no dice there either.

Sorry to rain on your parade of choices...

I take it back.... i am going to look into this route.... escpecially since i will have the winch in the front mounted to the bumper.... then i can run no bumper in the rear and have the factory tow hitch! PERFECT!!!.... but i am still going to look for a more permanent solution!
