Hanson Offroad stubby front bumper

Has anyone installed a Hanson stubby front bumper? I need help installing the fog lights into the bumper with the mounts Hanson gave me. They can only mount two ways and neither way is even close to working. I'm usually good at figuring these things out but this time I'm puzzled.

Remove the fog ligt from the bumper. Drill out the bottom 2 holes with a 5/16" drill bit. Mount the light inside the 90 degree form and bolt to the bumper. If you are still having problems call me at 877-757-9779

Mine just bolted in with the supplied hardware. A little awkward to install as I remember.
