Loud noise coming from front end while locked need some help.

Everything under my jeep is new and has been replaced. I'm running a RK 3.5 x factor kit with drag link flip as well. I'm running a PR44 in the front with synergy ball joints 5.13s and a arb. In the rear I have a Detroit with 5.13s. Everything works perfect drives fine on the road but over the weekend I did some wheeling and when the suspension is fully flexed and my front ARB in engaged I get a loud bang from time to time this only seems to happen when my locker is on. I've checked everything under my rig countless times and have torqued everthing down to spec twice. I'm puzzled anyone have any ideas.

I took this picture right after I heard the noise.

Based solely on this pic, could it be your driver side tire rubbing on the fender maybe?

Were you able to recreate the issue later on?

Yes its happend 2 or 3 times doesn't sound like a tire rubbing. It's a pretty loud bang.

first verify if its only while the locker is engaged.

im leaning towards the spring coming out of the perch.

you need to know more specifics. when it makes the noise. what position your jeep is in. does it make the same noise with the locker off?

you need to recreate the sound a million times a million different ways.

I haven't thought of this the springs don't have any retainers come to think of it. I will be sure to try to recreate this noise while the locker is off. Does it cause any harm if the springs are coming a little unseated in the front. I know they won't fall out because I have enough bumpstop to prevent this and my shocks aren't that long.

here's the sound of the front spring snapping back into the perch...
is that what yours sounds like? I've since "clocked" the coils a little so the ends of the coils aren't butted right up against the little pockets on the axle perch... hasn't done it since...

right at 18 seconds you can here it and the guy filming goes "oooh".. lol
