Project: GREEN MACHINE

I've had this done for a little while now but thought I would post a build thread for you guys to check it out.

Started with this a 2012 2 door sport 6 speed 3.21 gears.

It took me a while to figure out which way I wanted to go with my build but I finally decided on 37s.

Parts ordered: Rock krawler 3.5in x factor with drag link flip kit and HD tie rod.
PR 44 with ARB 5.13s chromoly shafts and synergy ball joints. It's the unlimited housing.
ARB compressor kit.
Detroit locker 5.13s chromoly shafts for the rear D44.
Coast 1310 F/R drive shafts.
Bilstein 5100s
Teraflex bumpstops
37/1350/17 toyo mts
17x9 cragers
Teraflex exhast spacers
Ruggid ridge a pillar switch pod
Crown ext brake lines

This is all I can think of at the moment.

Parts started showing up

I don't have a whole lot of pictures of the lift install but it went fairly smooth.
Here are a few pictures of the PR44 installed and the front suspension pretty much done.

Sweet looking rig and nice build! As far as the sway bar links go a slight angle is ok thats what the heims are there for, but you may want to double check the centering of the front axle and make sure its dead on.

Most people choose to put the bolt thru followed by the nut then followed by the nylon waser then end link then nylon washer then cotter pin

No problem, still doesnt want to load. I'll keep trying it tonight, but basically you want the bolt through the bracket on the axle then the lock washer and nut, basically making the bolt into a fixed stud off the axle. Then the nylon washer followed by the link, another nylon washer and finally the pin.

Front Drivers side...
Bolt through axle bracket/lock washer/nut/plastic washer/sway bar/plastic washer/cotter pin.

Front Passenger side...

Lookin good dude! I have a 2011 JKU green same color, same lift, and waiting on my 37's to arrive,

Man I need to wash the Jeep!
