Pro Rock 44/60 re-gear break in???

I will be getting my Jeep back this weekend. It now has a Pro Rock 44 up front with 5.13s, ARB, RCV shafts and ProSteer ball joints. In the Rear it has a Pro Rock 60 with 5.13s, ARB and chromoly shafts.

My questions is around the break in process and for how many miles?

What is the proper break in period for the gears? Do the lockers need a break in period?

For the gears I have heard everything from just drive easy for the first 500 miles to drive 15-20 miles and let the gears cool for 15 minutes and do this for 500 miles.

What have you all done and what has worked and what has not?

Thanks
Dom

15-20mins drive then let them cool a bit. Then drive easy for the next 500mi. Lockers don't need any break in process, just test them for functionality and air leaks.

Drain, refill. Have fun.

^that is what I found doing my regear research and it was backed up by the cat who did the work. Only I did several short 10 - 20 minute drives to put the new gears through heat cycles. I followed the advice and things worked out great
