Pitman Arm rubbing against tranny lines

I noticed today that the tranny line is being worn out by the pitman arm. I have a 3.5" Rock Krawler lift and trying to determine............ if this is the stock pitman arm?

It's the 3.5 RK Flex System and didn't see a aftermarket pitman arm so I'm assuming this is the stock one.

If so, I'm still under warranty and will take it to the dealership. Notice how the metal part of the line is pretty well worn.

The RK lift uses the stock pitman arm. On my 08 the pitman arm doesn't even come close to the lines. What year is your rig? I suspect that yours is newer and the lines may be routed differently. So dealer is your best bet since you are still covered.

08 2Door Red Rubicon. Rock Krawler 5.5 Longarm Coilover, Polly rear Coilovers. AEV hood & wheels, 37"KM2s, JE Reel 1350 shafts, 5.38 Yukon gears, Superior axles, Shrockworks stubby, Fab Fours rear, sPod, Rebel Offroad brakes, Warn winch and lots more.

There is a recall for the 08-09 JK trans cooler lines due to the crims failing.

My trackbar on the AEV lift was rubbing the lines, and I had a line fail at a crimp. I compared to stock suspensions, and they had the same problem. I would guess these parts touching caused the failure, however I got my lines replaced under the recall, and they rerouted them while they were at it to avoid the touching.

I am assuming the new lines and rerouting were covered in the warranty since most dealerships won't do something like this without direction from coporate.
