Manual v Auto rear drive shaft lengths

Is the length of the rear drive shaft for a manual tranny the same as for an auto? I have a Woods shaft off of my totaled auto equipped unlimited with a 4" lift and am considering buying a manual unlimited and lifting it the same amount and hopefully reusing the drive shaft. Now that I think of it, will the front be the same also?

front is the same between auto and manual regardless of how many doors.

I didn't know if the transmission housings were the same length and if that put the transfer case at a different location
